I had forgotten how pretty they are.
These Hydrangeas are one of my favourites as they are so versatile. They look pretty just as they are laying on a vintage shelf or next to a mirror. They can be separated and made into brooches or hair accessories but I love to take out the centre of the flower, iron them gently then stitch them into my crazy patchwork or embroidery.
They come in really gorgeous colours all really vintage looking.
These are a couple of the Headbands that I make for bridesmaids. The band is covered in silk to match the dress then decorated with flowers and beads. Little girls just love them!
I'll show you more next time.
Got to go as the 'teen taxi' has been summoned!!( yes, thats my role in life,) .
Back soon.
xox Angela.

Hello Angela, What a beautiful blog you have. I love your vintage flowers. Thank you for visiting me. It's so good to know that others have the same "magazine hording" problem that I have. Have a great day.
The teen taxi, known as mum's cabs you mean. The day will come when they have their own.
Pirates along the river Aller. :-) x x x
Beautiful! I love hydrangeas in any form or fashion. Best wishes, Tammy P.S. I am well aware of the teen taxi service. Thankfully, my son and his friends also have a reliable taxi driver named Hameed who they call to pick them up quite often and they all share in the cost. :) Saves me extra trips and late nite rides
Beautiful! Just catching up. I am back and work....and missing all my time to read blogs.
Luv your website design and the lovely crafts you have made. I Luv reading about England....your a lucky gal to live in such a romantic island.
