Lilla's Noel Banner.

I've been watching Lillas fabulous tutorial and look what I made.

It's a pretty Christmas banner in just the right colours to match my room.

Lilla posted a video tutorial which was so easy to follow, it was in three parts and really well explained. It was great to see her work space and hear her voice. I think I could hear the birds outside her house too, all the way here in England.

I liked my first attempt so much I made another one for my friend Liz in Winchester.

I made little ribbon roses to stitch on the letters then added some buttons and pearls. I just walked to the Post Office and sent it. I'm sure she will have a nice surprise when she opens it.

So, a big 'THANK YOU'  Lilla and please can you do a similar tutorial on your beautiful Tussie Mussies.

Hi Angela, I hope everything worked well with your move! It's amazing but wonderful that you are back to creating already. I love your Christmas banners! When I saw that Lilla had a tutorial how to make them, I was tempted but I'm not in the Christmas mood yet. Maybe next month :-).
Have a great evening!
Hugs to you,
Julia

My goodness, what a lovely job you did with my tute. Both are wonderful and I like the individual ideas of your own that you applied. That is the way it should be done. Colors are great. Yes the birds are in the videos. They have to get noisy at the opportune moments of course. I have a jungle outside and birds love it there.

Hi Angela, well no wonder you haven't been posting much. I've been so busy with just keeping up with daily life. And there you are moving and making beautiful banners. Hope all has gone well. Love your wild raggedy doll too. :) Best wishes, Tammy
